Appointment of Executive Committee Member

In line with our Company’s Board of Directors Resolution dated 08.01.2020 (today) no 2021/02, Eren Sarıçoğlu has been appointed as the Executive Committee Member (Responsible for Business Development and Business Management) of our Company.
Eren Sarıçoğlu
Having graduated from Boğaziçi University in 2000 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sarıçoğlu completed his MBA at Columbia Business School in 2005.
He started his career at McKinsey and Company in 2000 and assumed different roles in the company until 2007.He joined the Turkey team of Carlyle Group, one of the largest private equities in the world, as Vice President andled many investment projects in various industries including education, healthcare, energy, retail and infrastructure until 2015.
In 2016, Sarıçoğlu started in Istanbul Investment Groups as a partner. Sarıçoğlu has directed post-acquisition transformation programs at Dubai EMAAR Group as Senior Director in 2017.
He was working at Pera Capital as a partner since 2018. He is married with two children.
