During the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting of held on 06.08.14, of Doğan Yayın Holding A.Ş., which had ceased via dissolution without liquidation following the merger that took place under our Company, with regards to the lawsuit that was filed with the request to cancel the Merger Resolution, which had been discussed as the 5th Agenda item, and approved, which has constantly been updated via the public disclosures by our Company on various dates, and which has most recently been announced to be rejected and to have concluded in favour of our Company, a sentence has been issued following the application for a post-judgment relief by the claimant, and it has been rejected again. With this verdict, the above-mentioned legal process has been concluded in favor of our Company and the judgment has been finalized.
