There is no significant development in the compensation lawsuit which was held on 04/11/2021 related to merger decision that was discussed and confirmed in the Fifth Article of the Agenda in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Doğan Yayın Holding A.Ş. which was held on 06.08.2014 and who was merged within the scope of our Company by “taking over” all its assets and liabilities as a whole and expired with dissolution without liquidation.
