IPO of our direct subsidiary Galata Wind Enerji A.Ş.

Galata Wind Enerji A.Ş., one of the subsidiaries of our company, has submitted an application today to the Capital Markets Board in order to obtain the necessary approval to ensure the adaptation of its Articles of Association with the Capital Markets Legislation, and it has started its activities for an initial public offering.
Galata Wind Enerji A.Ş., the activity results of which are presented in our consolidated financial statement, in the “Electricity Generation and Trade” section, is in the field of green and renewable energy driven electricity generation.
It has 3 Wind Power Plants (“WPP”) and 2 Solar Energy Plants (“SEP”) with a total installed capacity of 269 MW, all of which are within the scope of F-i-T (Feed-in-Tariff) in its portfolio. Galata Wind Enerji A.Ş. has a target of both growing domestically and overseas with new projects in the field of renewable energy resources, and plans to create new areas of business in high added value fields by opting for scattered and alternative energy technologies in 2021.
