It has come to our attention that certain media sites operating online have reported on July 21-22, 2019, that "Doğan Şirketler Grubu Holding was preparing to bid in the National Lottery-Milli Piyango tender." Such news does not reflect the reality, and our Company is certainly not taking part in the "National Lottery Operating Rights Tender".
On the other hand, it has also been learnt that Doğan-Online operating in Turkey in the field of "sports betting", but not a part of the Doğan Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş. with no affiliate relations either was planning to bid in the "National Lottery Operating Rights Tender" held by the Türkiye Welfare Fund.
This disclosure is being made within the scope of the provisions of Article 9 of the Capital Markets Board "Communiqué on Material Events", II-15.1, entitled "Notification of News and Rumors".
