Participation in Capital Increase

As per the general assembly resolution made within the scope of increasing the paid-in capital of the direct subsidiary of our company, Doğan TV Holding A.Ş., 87.87% share of the capital of which is held by our company, from 1,360,016,087 Turkish Liras to 1,982,200,0000 Turkish Liras, by providing the 173,984,499 Turkish Liras through its own sources, and 448,199,414 Turkish Liras in cash, has paid to Doğan TV Holding A.Ş. the amount of 108,906,300 Turkish Liras of the 448,199,414 Turkish Liras to be paid in cash within the scope of the capital increase today. With this payment and TL 174,426,620 paid on May 07, 2015 and May 13, 2015, total amount paid for capital increase was TL 283,332,920.
