Participation in Capital Increase of our Subsidiary – DD Finansman (Doruk Finansman)

Our Board of Directors has resolved on November 16, 2017 (today);
- to fully exercise our right of acquiring new shares and to participate the capital increase which corresponds to our share of participation,
- to commit for new shares not exercised during the capital increase, if any,
in the capital increase of DD Finansman A.Ş. (new title Doruk Finansman A.Ş.) whereby our company has 97% shares in the entirely issued capital of 20,000,000 TL to 30,000,000 TL through the full cash payment (the capital increase has been approved at the extraordinary general assembly meeting of DD Finansman A.Ş. (new title Doruk Finansman A.Ş.) which was held on November 15, 2017).
