Participation in Capital Increase of our Subsidiary – Doğan Enerji

During our Board Meeting dated 31.05.2019 (today);
It has been resolved to fully exercise our right of acquiring new shares and to set our participation amount in the cash capital increase as 176,226,110 Turkish Liras in the capital increase of Doğan Enerji Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., our direct subsidiary, whereby our company has 100% shares in the entirely issued capital of 1,157,900,320 Turkish Lira to 1,334,126,430 Turkish Lira. The capital increase has been approved at the extraordinary general assembly meeting of Doğan Enerji Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. which was held on May 24, 2019.
The fund, be provided from the aforementioned capital increase, will be used to discharging of the financial debts of the subsidiaries of Doğan Enerji Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and financing the renewable energy (wind) investments.
