Participation in Capital Increase of our Subsidiary – İlke

During our Board Meeting dated 31.05.2019 (today);
It has been resolved to fully exercise our right of acquiring new shares and to set our participation amount in the cash capital increase as 30,000,000 Turkish Liras in the capital increase of İlke Turistik Yatırımlar A.Ş., our direct subsidiary, whereby our company has 100% shares in the entirely issued capital of 1,099,632,000 Turkish Lira to 1,129,632,000 Turkish Lira. The capital increase has been approved at the extraordinary general assembly meeting of İlke Turistik Yatırımlar A.Ş. which was held on May 24, 2019.
The fund, be provided from the aforementioned capital increase, will be used by İlke Turistik Yatırımlar A.Ş. to participating the capital increase of Öncü Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. İlke’s direct subsidiary whereby İlke has 25% shares in the capital
