Preliminary Protocol

A preliminary protocol for the acquisition of the below stated two companies has been signed by our company with Kurmel Holding, which has no relation with our Company in terms of capital, management or auditing in terms of Capital Markets Legislation, in the amounts of;
- Doku Madencilik ve Ticaret A.Ş. 50% of the shares representing the capital and
- Gümüştaş Mining and Trade A.Ş. 50% of the shares representing the capital
that are subject to share transfer process; through the necessary application, permit or approval processes.
The transaction is aimed to be completed following the fulfillment of closing conditions. Important elements regarding the subject will also be made public. This announcement is made with respect to provision of information made available to the public on behalf of our shareholders.
