Gümüştaş Mining

Established in 1992, Gümüştaş Mining operates mining and ore enrichment facilities in Gümüşhane, Niğde, and Bitlis provinces. Gümüştaş invests in priority development regions, conducting 100,000 meters of drilling annually in exploration areas across Kastamonu, Ordu, Artvin, Erzurum, and Niğde, contributing to employment and the local economy in these regions. In its operational regions, Gümüştaş supports social responsibility projects, particularly in education, to contribute to the social development of local communities.

Gümüştaş adopts a safe and sustainable production and management approach that complies with local and international standards, respects both people and the environment, and integrates advanced technologies. Its laboratories, equipped with a wide range of modern instruments, conduct analyses and R&D studies in line with international standards, while its mining and plant operations are executed by a highly skilled team.

Gümüştaş laboratories perform comprehensive studies, including analyses and microscopic examinations of various ore and rock structures, as well as flotation, leaching, density, and geotechnical tests.
The company’s analysis laboratory in Niğde holds "TS EN ISO/IEC 17025" Test and Calibration Accreditation for 17 elements across 5 methods, as of 2021.
