Purchase of Financial Fixed Asset – Sesa Ambalaj

The purchase and transfer of all shares (%100) of Sesa Ambalaj ve Plastik Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. by SESA Üretim Yatırımları ve Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş., direct subsidiary of Öncü Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., our direct has been executed as of September 14, 2020 (today) and “closing” transactions has completed today.
During the purchase and transfer process of all shares (%100) of Sesa Ambalaj ve Plastik Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. by SESA Üretim Yatırımları ve Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş., 35,838,129 Euro has been paid from shareholders equity and the remaining part has been financed with bank loan. As regards to share purchase amount, if earnout payment and/or performance payment will be discussed, necessary statements will disclose in the related financial statement footnotes.
